1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom jersey orders may require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (available at checkout)
- Delivery time starts after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Order weight & quantity
- Shipping method selected
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.You can track your package at any time using the link provided.
5. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
6. Undelivered & Lost Packages
- If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will resend or refund after carrier investigation.
7. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
